Abstract 12/22/2010 Due to a change in requirements, effective 22 Decebmer 2010 this SIR is hereby cancelled.

9/30/2010 Ammendment 4 Added to:
1) Cancel SIR DTFAAC-10-R-001229 in its entirety. SIR DTFAAC-11-R-00190 supersedes the previous SIR in it's entirety.
2) To reinstate the closing date. The new closing date will be 30 September 2010 at 3:00 p.m. local time.

5/21/10 Amendment 3 Added to:
1) Revise section C. Section C revision supercedes the previous version in it's entirety.
2) To suspend the closing date indefinitely. A new closing date will be issued via amendment in the near future.
3) Q &A's posted on 5/11/10 have been revised.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Service Information Web Subscription Service.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519130.  The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract for a 1-year period with three 1-year option periods to renew. 

All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached document(s) from the Internet.  If downloading is not possible, all requests for the solicitation must be made in writing (FAX number 405-954-3030) or via email at Harold.Hannah@faa.gov.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency.  Requests should be submitted to the attention of Harold Hannah and reference solicitation number DTFAAC-10-R-01229.

This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises:  The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts.  Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing.  The maximum line of credit is $500,000.  For further information and applicable forms concerning the STLP, call the OSDBU at (800) 532-1169.
