Abstract The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Logistics Service Area-ASO, College Park, GA, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for solicitation DTFAEN-13-R-90000. As the FAA has a requirement for Elevator Maintenance Services for the Atlanta Air Traffic Control Tower, (ATCT) Atlanta, Georgia.
The tiered evaluation method will be utilized for Source Selection, as detailed in Section "M" of the solicitation package. Any interested firms that would like to be considered for Contract Award are required to submit a completed Proposal package, as outlined in Section "L" of the attached Solicitation package. Additionally, when responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP), each Offeror is required to submit a cost breakdown proposal for the base, plus all option years, in addition to all the required documents outlined in the RFP. Please note that, this RFP is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind and the FAA will not pay for or be responsible for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this RFO.

All documents required by this RFP are due no later than 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), December 3, 2012, any responses received after this time will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals.

(a) AMS clause 3.8.2-9, Site Visit, Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a dispute after contract award.
