Abstract This announcement is for information purposes only.

In response to Public Announcement DTFAAC-11-R-ETASS for EnRoute Technical Assistance Support Services (ETASS), the following companies are each being awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level of Effort, Task Order, Term multiple award contracts. 

In accordance with AMS Public Announcements, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announces the following awardees as follows:

A. Human Solutions, Inc. of Washington DC, Contract DTFAWA-12-D-00011 in the amount of $360,106, 363;
B. SRA, International, Inc. of Fairfax, VA, Contract DTFAWA-12-D-00012 in the amount of $387,906,435 and
C. TASC, Inc., of Washington, DC, Contract DTFAWA-12-D-00013 in the amount of $381,463,039.

The total contract amount for each awardee is not a guarantee (work performed under the contracts will be spread over the three contracts, through task order competition.

Under the contract, the companies will compete for individual task orders to deliver support services in areas such as : 1) Systems Engineering Support; 2) Software Engineering Support; 3) Hardware Engineering Support; 4) Human Factors Engineering Support; 5) Information Systems Security Support; 6) Safety Management Support; 7) Strategic Planning Support; 8) Program Management Support; 9) Configuration Management Support (CM); 10) Business and Financial Management Support; 11) Administrative Management Support; 12) Training Assistance Support; 13) Testing Support; 14) Logistics Support; 15) Implementation Support; 16) Facilities Support; 17) Operational Support; and, 18) Performance Data Management/Performance Analysis. 

The period of performance for these contracts is seven years (or 84 months); a three-year base period (36 months) and two 2-year Option periods.  Each option period represents 24 months.

Support Services for Enroute is now being provided under the PMO Office, as a result of the new FAA PMO Reorganization.
