BMS is also a pre-qualified vendor for administrative support services under eFAST which further demonstrates their capability to meet the administrative requirements of this requirement. Furthermore, BMS is currently supporting the other requirements of seismic and accessibility consulting requested within the scope of this contract under separate contracts that set to expire. It is in the best interests of ATC Facilities and the government to continue its successful relationship with BMS and to expand that effort whenever possible to meet small business goals as set forth in public law and AMS policy. ATC Facilities is taking this opportunity to consolidate its existing requirements under one contract vehicle to increase government efficiency and BMS has the demonstrated capability to successfully meet these requirements.
